Drawing from his background as a consultant, facilitator, and three-time physique competitor and state champion, Huss has spent years studying what drives sustained high performance. His journey taught him that energy, consistency, and effective habits form the foundation of clear thinking, strong leadership, and meaningful results.

This led to the creation of the Optimus YOU Method — a practical system that develops physical, mental, and emotional capacity through structured routines and high-performance behaviours.
